This Victorian styled dress features a gathered, sweet-heart bust with a fully open, criss-cross laced back that ties at waist level. The skirt has a double layered hem with black lace detail and is fully lined with a satin- like, soft material. The back of the skirt is adjustable and can be tied up giving the skirt a bustle effect. There is a hidden side zipper on the left hip. Also available in Red.
